- Graduate study at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Sarajevo.
- Postgraduate study (4 semesters) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Zagreb
- Since 2001 working at the cardiologic unit at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna.
- 2003 Doctorate on the subject of subaortic stenosis in the dog.
- For several years head of the cardiology unit and university assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine of small animals and Epidemiology.
- Parallel to working at the university, in 2009 started a referral practice for cardiology and ultrasound diagnostics.
- Since 2012 certified member of the Collegium Cardiologicum.
- Since 2017 certified member of IVUSS (International Veterinary Ultrasound Society)
